Pelvic Power - Series III
When you have PELVIC POWER and inner control you will feel like a real woman.

The whole pelvic support structure loses its tension, elasticity and strength following pregnancy, post -surgically, during and following menopause.

This means the pelvic and abdominal organs, particularly the uterus are no longer well supported by the pelvic floor. Results include a loss of sensation during sexual intercourse and urinary incontinence.

THE ABDOMINAL PELVIC CHALLENGE WORKOUT is designed to

a) lift the abdominal organs upwards eliminating pressure on the pelvic ligaments.

Osteoblast - Series IV
We are all on the osteoporosis continuum. From birth we are consistently building bone mass and density, but once we reach 35 our bone mass starts slowly diminishing.

The only way to prevent Osteopenia or Osteoporosis is to participate in exercise that is weight-bearing. Even though we need to walk, run, swim and cycle for our cardiovascular wellbeing, this exercise will not challenge the bone density.

Adding resistance and increasing the weight-bearing load is a direct way to prevent bone loss. We can also stimulate bone cell formation by exerting a pulling force on the muscles fibres, ligaments and tendons attached to the skeletal structure.

THE OSTEOBLAST PROGRAM is about strength and endurance. This workout is specifically designed to help women maintain Bone Mineral Density, as well as creating both postural and global muscular strength.

Please note this session is not for women who have been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis. This workout assists in the prevention of the onset of osteoporosis.
